jt9 Terms and Conditions —

Please read these terms carefully before using jt9. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jt9 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). jt9 is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

The meanings of key terms used in these conditions are given below:

  • "Platform" — jt9's website, applications and all related services.
  • "Member" — any person who has registered with jt9 and holds an active account.
  • "Bet" — funds placed to participate in gaming or betting activities on the platform.
  • "Bonus" — additional credits or benefits provided by the platform.
  • "Wallet" — the total balance of funds held in a member's account.

By accessing or using the jt9 platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use jt9's services. If online gaming is prohibited in your place of residence under applicable law, you may not register with jt9. Providing false age or identity information will result in immediate account termination and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Creation

Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person (referred to as "duplicate accounts") are prohibited. The following information is required when registering an account:

  • Full legal name (as per national identity card)
  • Date of birth
  • Bangladeshi mobile number
  • An active email address
  • A strong password

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the jt9 support team immediately.

3. Account Verification

To ensure a safe and fair environment, jt9 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Documents that may be required during verification include:

  • A copy of the national identity card (NID) or passport
  • Screenshots of the mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

If documents are not provided within the specified time after a verification request, transactions on the account may be temporarily suspended. All submitted documents are kept strictly confidential and used only for the necessary purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Payment methods currently accepted at jt9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳500. Deposits generally take a few minutes to be reflected in the account.

  • All deposits will only be accepted from payment methods registered in the member's own name.
  • Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
  • jt9 does not charge any additional fee for deposits; however your payment provider's own charges may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Withdrawals will only be processed when the following conditions are met:

  • The account must be fully verified.
  • The wagering requirement for any applicable bonus must be fulfilled.
  • Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the most recent deposit into the account.
jt9 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal or request additional verification if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or conduct that violates the rules.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus applies for new members at jt9: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus:

  • The minimum first deposit amount must be ৳500.
  • The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus becomes withdrawable once bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount have been placed.
  • A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

  • While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated.
  • If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the withdrawal will be processed with the bonus balance deducted.
  • jt9 reserves the right to cancel any member's bonus at its discretion, particularly in cases of bonus abuse.
  • If a bonus offer is not claimed within the specified time limit, it will be cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Program

jt9's VIP program has five tiers, through which members can advance to higher levels by playing regularly:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
  • Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Gold: up to 0.7% cashback per week
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week
  • Diamond: up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP tier benefits and cashback rates are subject to change. jt9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the VIP program rules at its discretion.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games and betting activities on the jt9 platform are conducted under specific rules. Members are required to comply with the following conditions:

  • Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
  • Game results may be voided due to technical errors or server issues. In such cases the bet amount will be returned to the member's wallet.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, the result will be determined according to the server log.

6.2 Betting Limits

jt9 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or event. These limits are clearly displayed on the game page. If an attempt is made to exceed the limits, the system will not automatically accept the bet.

6.3 Fair Play

jt9 is committed to ensuring complete fair play. The games used on our platform are operated by third-party providers using encryption and random number generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jt9 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using false or forged identity documents.
  • Repeatedly depositing and withdrawing for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
  • Attempting to withdraw without clearing the bonus balance through betting patterns.
  • Playing games using software bots, scripts or automation tools.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
  • Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other members or staff.
Warning: jt9 uses advanced technology to detect fraudulent activity. Any suspicious activity is automatically monitored and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by jt9

jt9 may suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of the terms and conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious behaviour.
  • An account that has been inactive for an extended period.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with the applicable rules before the account is closed.

9. Responsible Gaming

jt9 believes that gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment, but it should never have a negative impact on your financial stability or mental wellbeing. We fully support a responsible gaming culture.

Gaming on the jt9 platform is available only to those aged 21 and above. Play within your own spending limits and avoid placing further bets in an attempt to recover money that has been lost.

9.1 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

Members may set their own deposit limits, session time limits or a full self-exclusion. To make such a request, contact the support team. Creating a new account while a self-exclusion is active will not be permitted.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

jt9 gives the highest priority to the security of your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Your information is not sold to any third party.

  • Your account information is used solely for providing services, verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.
  • Transaction history and gaming data are stored on secure servers.
  • Your information will not be disclosed to anyone except as required by law or by order of a regulatory authority.

11. Limitation of Liability

The jt9 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. jt9 will not be held responsible for the following:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Losses caused by a member's own negligence or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
  • Losses caused by server or software issues of third-party game providers.
  • Losses caused by unauthorized third-party access to an account, where the member is responsible for the security breach.

In any circumstance, jt9's maximum liability will always be limited to the current balance in the member's wallet.

12. Changes & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions

jt9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. The support team is able to resolve most issues quickly. The dispute resolution process:

  1. Step 1: Report the dispute via live chat or email ([email protected]).
  2. Step 2: The support team will review the matter and provide a resolution.
  3. Step 3: If the matter is not resolved at the first stage, it will be escalated to senior management.
